Omgoodness, I don't think I have ever had such a horrible experience before. The person that runs this business lacks customer service skills and human decency. His name is Don S. My Ubox was damaged in transit and I only found out about it THE DAY I came to unload it, which was 4 months after it was delivered to this location! If I hadn't had come to unload it myself, it would have been shipped to my next destination 10 hours away that way (which has been a whole other Uhaul nightmare). The person that runs this place (Don) did absolutely nothing to ease my unhappiness and disappointment, except to try to belittle me in front of other customers. He was really good at it too. Brought me to tears. I sense that he is a misogynist like someone else had said in their review previously. Uhaul, you need to do something about him.. He also messed up my order which he claims was MY fault when I called him on the phone 2 days before to set everything up. He takes no responsibility for anything and places the blame on everyone else. Me. The Denver Uhaul people. It's ridiculous and not how you treat the customer, or your fellow coworkers. Take your business elsewhere. There are so many other truck rental places. Also, DO NOT use the Uboxes. Use pods. Pods are made better, have great customer service, and I feel stupid for giving Uhaul a chance this time.. :( Never again!!

Not friendly/considerate employees. I think we’re all used to seeing the call button being broken, no big deal I can walk up to the building. it’s a bit annoying however to make the walk and then be told “it ain’t gonna happen man” when I ask about getting propane filled. Evidently it was only the guy manning the counter and another guy. I gave the suggestion that they could add a note at the propane fill about not filling propane and I got a dirty stare as though that was way too much to ask. Constrained criticism is that he could be said that it may take a bit to get to me since they were short staffed and not flat flat out denying me service. To be fair, when I was entering the store he was on the phone phone with a lady and seemed a tad nicer saying why he couldn’t go look for whatever it was she called about.

I'd say financial responsibility falls on whoever's name is signed on the rental agreement contract.

20-30 depending if you take insurance. The mileage can get high.
