You can book same day while your at the location or if you want a better shot at a certain time slot you could book a day In advance

If its for a weekend, I would reserve it in advance as they are pretty busy on the weekends, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Monday through Thursday arent as busy so you might not even need a reservation.
