The worst car dealer of Southern California. Made a reservation for the oil change and ASC diagnose in Saturday noon. Nobody called me for the status until 5:30 pm. I called the dealer and was told my car was ready! Went to the dealer and found ONLY one sales guy worked there and he had customer. Waited for 45 minutes to get my car back. The dealer charged me $190.90 for the diagnose and two brake light bulbs.

DO NOT GO HERE!! It is not safe and you will be ripped off. Rigo, service dept manager, is dishonest and knowingly let me leave in an unsafe vehicle after they broke my airbag system. I took my car to cerritos Mitsubishi to have my starter replaced. After 5 days I finally received a message that they finished the starter. Upon checking out Rigo asked me if the car had been in an accident. I told him no, and assumed he was asking because of the starter. When I started my car up an air bag warning light came on. I returned to the service counter and told Rigo. He stated, “ that is why I asked you if it had been in an accident”. I told him again, no, the car has not been in an accident. I asked him if it was safe to drive and he told me no. In other words, Rigo broke my airbag system and then knowingly sent me on my way in a dangerous vehicle hoping that I would not notice the airbag warning. I am now in a position that I do not feel safe returning to this dealership so I asked Rigo if I could speak to the dealership manager. He proceeded to lie to me and said that he was the dealership manager. My daughter then called and discovered that he was not the dealership manager. This has gotten too far carried away and I am not safe to return to this dealership. If anyone knows of a safe, honest mechanic please let me know. Thank you.

Neil and his guys were so helpful. My husband and I visited 4 other dealerships in Cerritos Auto Square and none of them had the car that "checked all of our boxes" and the sales people were very pushy. When we drove one to the Mitsubishi lot it was a little shabby but we were give premium service. They made the expernice so enjoyable. I love my car!
