Very disappointed when I had my car service. They don't offer a shuttle as courtesy or wash the car anymore. Supposibly because of covid but yet hardly none of the employees are wearing face mask. Did not received a text or call with update when my car was going to be ready. Very disappointed with service.

First maintenance for oil change and tire rotation + Brake Fluid Change because A7 code + Tire Pressure Check. Scheduled appointment for 10:40am. I arrived early just to be safe. Estimated promise time on paper I received showed 1PM. It is now 1:52PM and still waiting. Sad. :( I was hoping that scheduling an appointment would've helped but it feels like it didn't.

Took my Odyssey in to get serviced today and was approached by a service lead whom obviously did not want to work today, wearing a Sunlit company sweater named Julie. She asked me what I came in for, told her I came in due to my last service recommendation. She stated I needed an alignment and she told me how much. I asked if it was covered under the package I purchased. Her response was "no." Short, no explanation, nothing. She then stated I needed a tire rotation, and the cost. I asked her if that was covered. Her response, "no." Nothing to follow. I asked her if I can have a copy of my contract and services covered, her response "no." The kicker, she asked me to turn my wheel to the left, DID NOT look at my tires, and recommended theses services.

I took my civic for service, and spent a good sum of money to have it serviced. Two weeks later my check tire light came on. When checking the pressure I realized I was missing a lug nut in my front right wheel. I realized this on a Sunday. When i called to try and get this issue resolved I was told to call on Monday morning to get it fixed. I was then hung up on when I expressed I was concerned driving it. I called back to speak to a supervisor and was sent to a voicemail. At any rate, sad to say I will not use Cerritos to complete service again.

Why Are My Brakes Making Noise?

Stream Companies | Mar 5, 2022
Stream Companies | Mar 5, 2022

There are actually quite a few reasons why your brakes are making noise. If the noise is more of a high-pitched squeal, it may mean that your brake pads need to be changed because the wear indicator tab is pressing against your rotors. If it’s more of a grinding sound, it may indicate that your calipers are broken or worn.

How Often Should I Have My Tires Rotated?

Stream Companies | Mar 5, 2022

Having your tires rotated regularly allows you to get the most time and miles out of them. Generally, you’ll want to have them rotated about every 5,000 to 8,000 miles. Luckily, this coincides with your oil change, so you could have both services performed in one visit.

How Will I Know I Need an Oil Change?

Stream Companies | Mar 5, 2022
Stream Companies | Mar 5, 2022

Usually, you’ll want to have your Honda oil changed every 5,000 to 8,000 miles—so the best way to keep track is by keeping an eye on the odometer. But, if you lose track, louder engine noise, a sluggish performance, and a drop in efficiency are great indicators that it’s time to schedule your oil change.
