Purchased three lots some 10 years ago. (2010?) for wife and I and mother in law. Mother passed 3 years ago and now having moved need to sell the remaining two plots. Staff is minimal in a small cemetery but has always been helpful and accommodating.

Ordered metal gravesite vase in May 2017, after many contacts was assured it was placed. Visited cemetery 4/30/18. Surprise after almost a year and several visits still not there. Superintentant was rude on phone yesterday and cemetery looks so sad. Very upset!!!!!

My dad is a Vietnam veteran and no VFW marker was put on after I told one of the workers he said he would look for it meaning he was gonna get it done.Next year I will do it myself
