Best thing to do is go on in anytime between 9-5pm they have to look at special number under the hood in order to get you a quote. Each car has specific numbers that have to be matched with the state of California website in order to install the correct converter for your vehicle
That depends on the sticker in your vehicle. If you’re lucky enough that the sticker is set for US standards then they can use almost any cats thus saving u some money. But sometimes the have to be California Specs and those are the bigger bucks
