I tried to purchase Marshall Tucker tickets w/discounted State Fair tickets. No password required. Sure your not trying to buy concert tickets for concerts, at Papa Murphy Park, on Ticketmaster?

You create one when you create an account. Or you're trying to buy pre-sale tickets and have to wait until they go on sale to the public.
