I wish I had a positive experience with management here but I have not. I put down a holding deposit for an apartment and unfortunately due to there strict requirements wasn’t able to to be approved. That’s fine, but what isn’t okay is that they cashed the check anyway and I was told 3 weeks ago I would be sent a refund check in the mail and still haven’t received it. Turns out they never mailed it. Would not consider applying again in the future.

Unfortunately they do nothing about all the theft that goes on around here. Blows my mind why I stayed knowing that my Saturn was stolen and recovered once. My Honda Civic from my uncle stolen never to be recovered and my catalytic converter has been stolen 2 times. I know it’s not their fault but lower the rent it’s not a good place to be at all. So much theft that I am constantly stressing. Finally lease is over and I will be moving.

Old units with lots of issues and poor maintenance staff. Took almost 8 months to get our HVAC unit operational again. Still having issues with our kitchen sink backing up with nasty water and waste. Very little security as well. Had both cars broken into and property stolen off of our balcony that is about 6-8 feet from ground level. At this point I dont know what to do.

Beautiful complex with so many trees! The property has so much open space, which is unheard of for an apartment complex in Sacramento. They recently built a dog park, which my two dogs LOVE (and I'm pretty happy about, too)! Management is very responsive, and regularly updates everyone via a resident app about events happening around the property. They've even managed to have resident events during these trying times: weekly food trucks! They're going through a lot of construction right now, but the changes that come out of it only help to raise this already amazing complex even higher.
