Hello Kate, pets are allowed with paid deposit tent is based on income and adjusted every year I'm not sure if a model unit is available to view. Call tomorrow for additional information. A tenant and may not have all the information you asked. My income alone is higher than anyone else staying here which requires me to pay the highest rent. I've been here 9 years. Eskaton Jefferson Manor is a senior community that goes by your income. There is a waiting list but not sure how long the wait list is. Also there is a smoking area. I use to work for the company and my parents live there and they love it
