Prior to moving down to Sacramento from the Bay Area I heard a lot about that area of town and now that I've been over there cuz I was thinking about getting the rental property over there and to my surprise the apartments were affordable clean professionally put together and you can tell they care about the property and the tenants it was a nice meeting

How much is one & two bedroom.
Yes they do but they are also. federally funded low income aparrments. In other words, you do not have to have a Section 8 voucher to live.there. If you are low income, you can apply for residency. They have their own income ghidelines
