If I'd be able to do zero starts I would. I'm surprised there are 5star ratings. I lived in these apartments for 2 years. Smoke from cigarettes, weed, and some other drugs was non stop that I never was able to open windows. My apartment balcony door was broken and whole apartment was ruined in search of money. Got stolen computer and few silver rings that weren't expensive but had huge meaning to me. 2 years I wasn't safe there, there been going on crime, homicide, and burglary while I lived there. Also there was something going on with my electricity, my monthly bills were around 200$ which was after 50$ discount, while my friends close by, in same apartments payer 30-40 dollars after 50$ discount. AC would often break and temperature would rise to 90 inside and it was barely possible to get it fixed. It was horrible. I am happy I was able to move out and place my family in safe environment. After the move out they also charged me for bleach in carpet, 450$ to change it, even though it was bleached upon move in. I'm glad I had proof it was stained before move in and that I noted that upon move in so after long fight over the phone they refunded me 450$ without a word of apology.

It was our second accommodation to live with our family in United States when we arrived few years ago. For our luck we have washer/dryer in. There is always vacant parking lot for one of your car. Polite neighbors. Sure its smells of hash. That's California. You did not know about that)) There are 3 swimming pools at the territory and 2 cultural centers as well. We can't advise to rent here or not. But in our situation it's better place than ever;;

Hi everyone well I could say that theses apartments look nice inside and especially inside I been here for almost 3yrs and the staff and mangerment are very respectful and very friendly they will try to help anyone out no matter of they situation as for your personal property your car they are safe here on the property they have private security that is constantly on patrol they also have the regular Sheriff that be doing drive-bys on the property to make sure that everything and everyone a safe I would not change my place of residence it could say I feel very safe and very comfortable here thank you by L.S.

I received a notice on my car Friday around 3pm. The notice stated that my registration was expired and will be towed at my expense. The notice Included I had in tell Monday 9:00 with out am or pm attached to resolve the issue. The DMV closes at 5 pm and does not operate on weekends. This is no Fair Warning it is a sad Attempt to steal property.
