Apartments are horrible, carpet has bugs …they should replace it. my carpet smelled like animal urine ! everything is so tacky- from the kitchen drawers.. the countertops, the caulk around the tub , the paint in the bathrooms, sloppy ! they don’t fix anything from prior tenants but keep their deposit if something was damaged ..doesn’t make sense. The owners complain about your patio area but the inside of their buildings look 100x worse. Slumlords !

Yes they take section 8 and pet friendly and have two bedrooms..
I believe they have set laundry hours here
I believe the one bedrooms are under 900.00 they are reasonably priced and if you do not have any evictions it shouldn't take too long to get in.
