The pizza was overwhelming overall. Flavor was pretty bland. I’m fairly certain the dessert pizza was a tortilla with the toppings thrown on top. Definitely a tortilla.

When I discovered Pizza Rev, the first several weeks were great. Excellent customer service with a smile and great tasting pizza. In the last few months it seems like all the old staff have been fired or quit and new people in place. The pizza is still great tasting but service has gone completely. Today will be the last visit. After being the first and only customer at opening, I had to wait for someone to acknowledge I was even near the order counter. Several minutes later and waiting for the staff to make four other orders for online orders, they finally took my order. As I went to pay, I had rewards for a free pizza. I showed the employee the bar code to scan and she showed me the scanner. I added a medium drink and asked how much. She said $9.02. I asked for the cost of the soda? She said no, they weren't taking any offers or coupons. This AFTER encouraging me to scan the code (which now will expire in 4 hours and I lose the points. Then I go to fill my drink and it says it's under maintenance. This is the third time this has happened AFTER I have paid, with no offer to refund. Worth noting, she referred me to the app to contact someone, it's not working. Not surprised. I really would like to share screenshots to back this up but apparently cannot. I do have if someone wants to resolve. It's a shame. Great concept for a pizza place. Terrible staff with bad attitudes.Chad Moore thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Crust was burnt, but decent I guess. Mod Pizza is way better and has more unique topping options. Did appreciate the fact that PizzaRev has organic tomato sauce though.Thanks for your review Sunnie Thornton. We will pass your feedback along to our team.
