Hi Unaloto, The value of the 1876 Half Dollar is dependent on the condition. The price guide has it listed anywhere from $30 to $10,000, from extremely circulated to absolutely perfect condition. Bring it in any time and we'd be happy to appraise it for you. As for the 1971 Half Dollars, typically you can go to the bank or any coin shop and get a 1971 or newer half dollar for fifty cents because they’re not silver and they minted hundreds of millions of them. They did strike a few on silver planchets that are extremely rare, feel free to give me a call if you have any additional questions. Good luck to you and take care, Vic.
