TERRIBLE experience!!!! I went to change my windshield recently for a BMW x3. My car has a head-up display and a sensor connected to the shield. When we arrived， one lady came out for price estimation. She pointed to the display and said that it would cause extra charges. Finally, the estimate is 950 dollars, much higher than a standard windshield. We accepted the price for the function of the extra display and sensor. HOWEVER， the windshield I got messed up the head-up display. I paid extra hundreds of bucks for the mess up！！！ They don't even tell you if they can do it or not. They install it and FORCE you to accept it！！！ With my original window， the display only shows the navigation. The one they gave me also shows the frame of the display and something else. At noon， I can see a lot of reflections in the window, which affects my driving and causes danger! So before I drove away， I told them the problems. They asked me to wait at home, and they will call me. Unfortunately， I didn't receive any call from them, and I called them （so， if you don't ask， they will just let you drive with the danger）. They asked me to come again. THEN the drama comes. No matter how I explained the reflections and the problems， they just told me it looks normal for them. I think they are trying to gaslight me so that I will leave with the wrong products. Communication here is super HARD， though I thought people who run a business should open with communication. They are not thinking about solving problems but FORCING you to accept and pay for their mistakes and the wrong products. Super hard to communicate with， especially with the Boss！ Force selling！ If you want to spend thousand dollars for a messed-up window and a bellyful of repressed anger， come here！！！

The asian woman at the office is really nice and even made sure the experts had us in and out within 20 minutes for an appointment. Cost efficient and was half as much as other places nearby; definitely will recommend and return if I have to, thank you guys.

Great Customer service, and very fair prices! Gina is sweet and easy to work with! I recommend my son to get his Toyota Tacoma rear window repaired after someone broke into his truck.. they fixed it the next day! Now I'm back after breaking my rear slider window on my Dodge Ram truck. I have them work on my glass and they had a beginner doing it all wrong left a big mess in the back of my truck didn't even think of cleaning it up to leave a good impression even though  Gina has a really sweet receptionist ,they need better management and supervision and training! I wouldn't be here wasting my morning coming back to have them remove the window and reinstall it by somebody more experienced I hope!!! LEAKS WATER PROFUSELY! Is that normal? 🤔 I would probably come back here again, but be careful who does the job!! They could get all 5 star reviews if the techs cared more and took pride in their job.

The back windshield of my car was smashed. I contacted my insurance company and they recommended Low Price Auto Glass in San Jose. They called me & said to come in anytime before 4pm & could fix my window on the same day. Everyone was friendly and professional. It took a little more than an hour. The cost was $233
