You should direct that question to an ombudsman at the V.A. Medical Center. There are many varying programs & services in California. Qualification is also required.

Kansa City has the only program like this in the city. Other cities are looking into programs similar to this. I cant speak for anywhere but here. This program is a wonderful and I can tell youfrom personal ecperiene. It is great. It is a chance for someone who needs help to get it. The people who run and work here are veryspecial.
