The staff here is exceptionally friendly and courteous. I've been here at least 50 times and every member of the staff is always upbeat, positive and thoughtful. On one occasion the wait was almost 30 minutes, so after about 20 minutes the manager handed out vouchers for 2 complimentary bowls to everyone who had been waiting. If you had a bad experience, give them another chance, or let a manager know. They really do care and I think you'll find their response quite comforting.
They strive for customer service. Maybe the lady was having a bad day. Either way they try really hard to ensure the Customer is taken Care of.
Everybody has a bad day now and then. I wouldn't judge the entire business on your one experience. They're usually really great customer service reps.
