pizza is way better than the average chain pizzeria. seating is spacious. cost is higher than other chains but food is way better.

Young guy there, was so worried about his hair. We counted him running his hands through his hair a dozen times before food was served. Beer bar was ok, 2 of them ran out tried to charge me for foam. They need the beer colder, maybe add cold glasses to the bar. Pizza 20 to 30 bucks, seemed a little costly. It was good pizza.

Birthday QR code disappears within 5 minutes of opening it. When trying to place a mobile order on the app with the Birthday reward the coupon kept stating “unable to redeem” until the 5 minutes was up. Called the Poway round table to fix the situation and they were less than helpful. Will stick to the La mesa location from now on.

****manager called me back the next day and apologized, he redid my order for free added 3 stars for the apology*** Went here yesterday and food was excellent staff was great. Went here today , placed order same as yesterday online . Two minutes after placing the order the store manager called me telling me that I cannot substitute tomatoes and onions for bacon ( even though it was done yesterday.) " Whoever did that was not supposed to do that but i can charge you extra if you want bacon" I agreed and hung up. I ordered cinnamon twist, flatbread pizza and the toasted meats sandwich. The cinnamon twist in the picture were terribly done, the dough did not look like it rised, you can tell it was still doughy. Compared to yesterday picture with the sandwich. The sandwich today I received was not made the same as it was yesterday. Instead of being an actual sandwich as seen in the picture, it was made like garlic bread and each individual meat on a different piece of garlic bread. I asked the manager why does this not look like a sandwich as the menu picture and he said very rudely "idk what you ordered yesterday but it was not made correctly, I will not remake the sandwich the way you want it there's a instructions how to make it and it's like that for a reason." Manger proceeded to bring me the employee visual directions to me to prove to me that , the way the sandwich made yesterday was done incorrectly. In my opinion that was completely unnecessary, and unprofessional. He entire tone was nasty as well. Do not eat at this place if the store manager is on duty. He is nasty, does not care about customer service and yells at his employees that they are too scared to say anything. The same employees who worked yesterday were there today and their behavior was different because of the managers presence.
