What an amazing experience! Eddie came to show us what was available and all the different options we have in getting plantation shutters. Eddie was able to measure each window that I wanted fitted with the shutters and gave us a estimate. We ordered that same day. I slept on it and changed my mind from single to double shutters, and I was able to get that change in before the order was submitted by Eddie. No problem for him at all. As it turned out, since the shutters are made here locally in their factory, we received them sooner than expected. Andrew came today and installed all six of our new shutters. I really did not realize how beautifully they would make the windows look until they were installed. Eddie had explained about the casing the shutters would go into, but until Andrew installed them, I had no idea how finished the windows look. Andrew did an amazing job. We thought we would have to take down our blinds but he was willing to do it all. I had furniture moved out of the way, and he even put the furniture back for me. Andrew, you did a marvelous job with the caulking around the frames, perfection! This is an amazing company to work with from start to finish. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
