I can't seem to get any one there to answer the 800 number. Tried for two days, 45 minutes when was given 20 to 30 minute warning. Today I was offered a 50 minute wait with no service? Really?

Its the postal office do you really think they would give an answer too anybody. I have a broken box since november... Yet the mail comes to the other side of the neighborhood with no problems. Just scumbag postal workers who are lazy who can't do their job or provide a service that they ARE PAID FOR. The post office workers are just lazy for a government job.
