Living here has been wonderful. The management team has been great to us and gets back to us in a timely manner with any questions or concerns we have. The maintenance guys, especially Randy has been phenomenal! Randy and his team is so great, they get things done and fixed so fast! The upkeep of the community is great as well.

We have been living here for almost 2 years and it has been well worth it - the gym is great and clean, the pools are nice, we have good appliances and the buildings are fairly new. Maintenance responds right away and it's way better now with the new management.

Listen to the other reviews and do not rent here. I moved into Artesa when it was apart of grey star and they never disappointed. I lived there for a year but once MG properties took ever, everything started going horribly. The trash wasn’t taken care of, the management team only cares about money and won’t do anything to help you. They try and bribe people with free treats to make up for their terrible service but honestly, it doesn’t make up for the lack of care they give to their tenants. If you’re providing money they’re willing to talk. I scheduled a move out inspection and had to take my son to urgent care, when I called to possibly reschedule they told me that there was no point in even having a move out inspection because it is suppose to be done two weeks prior to move out to fix anything and per management words “out of luck”. I was in the office multiple times and was never made aware!. I also went into the office when I broke my lease because my bank was not working with me on the payment and again, I was told I was out of luck and would have to pay a late payment if it was not provided before the 6 deadline. They do not care about their tenants, save yourself the money, your sanity and rent somewhere else!. Trust me. They only respond to your reviews to make it appear is if they are trying to make it better but in return do not even answer your calls. Cooperate and management are a total scam and again, are only looking for money. Even words out of Debbies mouth "They find any way to take money". Look elsewhere before you are out of money like myself!. All they tell you is "sorry" but do not even try to give you solutions to fixing the problems you are having, ive never had such a terrible experience with an apartment and you would think with how nice they are, you would have a better experience. completely wrong. I am extremely disappointed!!

We moved in last month and the Leasing Office has been amazing. They processed our moving information so quickly and answered all of our questions. When we moved in we had some issues with delivery of packages and management helped us track our packages down! We are loving living here and thankful for the staff.
