Too All who read this, I have been a client since 2019. I had a small incident with a windshield wiper during my drive through car wash. I told the associate of my concern and they put me in touch with the Manager Kenny. When I spoke with Kenny, he immediately addressed my concern and was proactive with getting it replaced right away. He actually took time out of his Busy Day to go and pick up the wiper and have it for me right Away. He went out of his way to make my experience better. I will continue to be a client. Kevin is the best!! He helped me when my car battery died right after getting my car washed. Truly spectacular person and great staff here at this Menifee location. Definitely recommend getting a subscription here. The staff here are extremely helpful and do extra work for situations that they aren't required to do. Thank you so much Kevin and the rest of staff. Kenny Wymen the top mechanic and facility manager is an amazing guy! Kenny reached out to me for an emergency welding repair. Not only did he help me with the actual repair, he gave me a 3 month free car wash pass to give to someone in my family. If you need a car wash and customer service is important to you.
