This location is only getting three stars because Ms. Terinda was so very pleasant, polite and professional. She was the only clerk, the line went to the parking lot and at least two customers ahead of me left because the said they waited so long (long waits are normal here). I’m hoping this location gets an awning of some sort because we all were standing in the rain waiting. In the summer the sun is brutal while waiting. I’ve also spent a long time waiting for a package that couldn’t be found, was told I’d get a call if it was found. Never got the call, went back and waited for a long time again and the package was finally found.

Second time in a row where usps says they delivered my package to a parcel unit but no key was left and no package found. Ridiculous....

This post office is in a rural area so the staff doesn't need to follow any post office rules...I believe the management drinks across the street at the bar while working....my mail sometimes comes at 10:pm they told me they can deliver it any time they want....the 400lbs mail lady wears a pink tube top...her son wears the same dirty clothes daily. No uniforms for these bumkins..no body ever answers the phone and the lobby is always empty...check the bar across the street...

In February of 2017 the cluster mailboxes for my community was broken into, forcing me to purchase a PO Box and have my mail forwarded to the box. 2-3 months later a new cluster mailbox was put in and I decided to keep my PO Box. All the while I still received 1/2 of my mail in my home mailbox that should have been forwarded to my PO Box. Now that my mail forwarding has expired the post office is claiming that I have moved and haven't provided notice of a forwarding address and is sending all of my mail back to sender. I called the post office on Haun Rd. to tell them of the problem, and a nice female employee said that she would correct the issue. 2 days later, I still haven't received my home mail and I got a notice through email that a parcel has been returned to sender. Update: The day I wrote the above review I wrote a complaint online through the post office web site. A day after the above review my wife went to the post office and spoke with a manager. Apparently earlier that day he was contacted through a postal employee because of my online complaint, and was less than polite towards my wife. Per my wife he even said that he "remembered" speaking with me over the phone about the situation that morning, which didn't happen because I was working. According to my wife he wanted us to either cancel our PO box or get our mail forwarded to the PO box because he stated that we can't have two addresses...you know...like a home address AND a PO box. I called later that afternoon after speaking with my wife and spoke with the original person who previously helped me over the phone. She was kind and expressed that when I called my normal mail delivery person was on vacation, so she wasn't able to relay the situation to her, and when the mail delivery person returned the person with whom I spoke with over the phone was on her vacation. She understood that all I wanted was for my mail that is addressed to my family at home to be delivered at home and that my mail that is addressed to the PO box needs to be delivered to the PO box. My wife later spoke with the delivery person and had a good conversation and the delivery person understood that we just wanted the mail delivered. Situation solved. It took a little while, but finally solved. I am giving the stars not for the idiot manager who was rude to my wife and less-than understanding regarding the frustration of not receiving our mail, but for the person with whom I spoke over the phone who actually listened to me and tried to help remedy the situation and for the mail delivery person who assisted in rectifying the situation.

Same with me I want a local number to call
You have to do there work, so go to the post office and drop it off and wait every so often to pick up your mail as well too especially when there is a broken box
It depends on the size of the box
Good I thought it was just me.
Give them to your Realtor selling your house or leave in home.
I'm sure you could probably pick your mail up there but there is mailbox rentals at the Winchester one which is not really that far it's on the corner of Winchester Road and Simpson rarely ever busy and they move quickly Haun Road is a horrible post office to visit
You have to go into the post office told them that you recently moved to this new address and the owner of the home did not provide a mailbox key
