Drove to this post office 4 times in a month, only to find a sign on the door saying, "SYSTEM DOWN" twice. I'm on social security and don't have money to throw away on wasted gas trips. I'm trying to pick up a package that's too big to fit in the p.o.box I rent there. Today, I've tried calling their local phone # but nobody answered. I'm not wasting more gas only to find another sign on the door when I get there. IS IT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR THE POST OFFICE TO BE OPEN THE 4 HOURS A DAY THAT THEY STATE THEIR OPEN????

I agree with all the other comments posted regarding this post office. I have dropped off mail from this location and the packages and or letters never made it to it's destination. Some of the envelopes that went out contained gift cards or money. Not only that, I dropped mail into the outside drop box and a few days later I went to drop mail off again and the drop box was gone - some low life stole it! How come no one bothered to post a note on the door informing customers of this incident. Why is this place even open for business?

Since the new guy took over our local Romoland office has been aweful. Before when Robert, and the lady that replaced him, was there things went perfect. Robert was there a long time and things went really well. Then a lady, sorry can’t remember her name, took over and she also did a great job. Then in about October of 2018 a new man took over the office. It has been a mess every since. I have a P.o. box but my neighbors have brought my package to me that were delivered to their house. Then I have delivered mail to my nieghbors that was put in my P.o. box. Not just once but several times. Then, again I have a P.o. box I get my packages tossed over my fence onto my dirt drive. The pacakages have both my home address and the P.o. box on them but that has always been the case since I do not know always if UPS or USPS is delivering my packages. I get notices from Amazon that my package has been delivered but they are not availible for pick up for another couple of days at the post office. Before October When I got those notices the package would be available for pick up the next day. Today, the friday before Christmas the office is closed because “the system is down” but Homeland post office is open as well as Sun City. Seriously PLEASE someone do something. This guy should not be running this office. A couple of times he has tried to give me a package clearly addresses to someone else. I am sorry but this guy needs to be replaced and soon.
