How difficult to get in spur of the moment..my cat has gone from somewhat "off" to downright ill. Less and less food has lost weight no strength weak meow. I need a vet pronto.

Weekends tend to be busy. When you get there, be sure to let front desk know that your pet is extremely weak and that you'd like for a tech to come out and access your pet. If they feel it is an emergency a Dr. will begin treating your pet. If not, you will need to be seen as a walk-in. This can take time, as appt's need to be seen 1st, and there is no way of knowing how long different cases will take. Emergencies take priority also. Hope everything works out.

My cat came down fast with something, too, & I took her to Center Sinai immediately. They happened to be extremely busy that day but were able to take me & my cat within 2-1/2 hours.
