Yes

Yes. All the trails are paved

Wheelchair/stroller/wagon accessible and lots of seats along the way to sit. Very tranwuil place, but still very hot because much of the path is in the sun. I found a lot of the seats, thankfully, in the shade.

Yes, i would suggest an umbrella because much of the paved trail is in direct sunlight
