Made appointment for my 85 year old Mother with Cindy. Cindy was 20 minutes late! She treated my mother as if she was nonverbal. Have some respect ask the client in your chair what they want to accomplish. Cindy is very rude I asked her to dry my Mother's hair and she remarked she is down for a hair cut only. Horrible haircut no hair care product was used. I will never go back to this business. My Mom deserves the best!

Update!! Maria is still absolutely fabulous! We went from blonde to red and the color is beautiful. I trust her fully to do whatever she wants to my hair. She always does such an incredible job and is the sweetest. Thank you so much!! Maria is ABSOLUTELY amazing and kind! She always suggest the best products to help my hair. She is upfront about pricing and how to use their products. She knows exactly how to cut your hair to flatter your face. My highlight color is so pretty and I leave with the softest hair.
