It is getting bad... From 2021 Macan S maybe not fixed in 2022 ... But no call back... Service Manager who do not receive emails....(spam) Attitude is bad... Braman used to stand for something. Now it is just adding 10k to pricelist cars. But customers are not important ... Not if you "only" buy a Porsche. They cannot even add a driver to a loaner ....stay tuned... Maybe we need to open a Braman Hashtag soon....m

Bought my Porsche from this dealership a little over a year ago and they purchased my old Audi. They apparently failed to file the purchase paperwork until three months later resulting in my license getting suspended for not having insurance on my old Audi. I spoke to them and was assured it would be resolved. Now I receive another letter saying it is suspended again for the same issue. I sent emails to the GM and Sale Rep, also left them voicemails and they ignore everything. Incredibly unprofessional.

Up-traded my car. Salesman Eric was fantastic, start to finish was a very easy process. No fake sticker shock, up front and honest. We forgot our check book and he followed us home(about a 30 mile drive) to collect, that saved us a trip back to dealer. Excellent and very easy car buying experience.
