Brian Leconte helped me during a difficult time. I was researching cars ahead of my visit to Florida, on behalf of my parents. I had actually called another sales person multiple times and did not receive a response. Brian was extremely responsive. Even via text. He had our trade ins appraised ahead of our visit. He took us on multiple test drives. He was direct about pricing. In the end, turned out he needed to follow back to my parent's home for additional signatures. He showed no signs of irritation. In fact, he spent extra time with my parents adjusting the mirrors, syncing the garage door opener, their phones, and Sirius. Brian is patient and kind. He should be commended by ownership. This is how it should be.

Friday evening, coming back from a few week’s vacation , my car wouldn’t start (did not recognized my key). I Called the dealership who right away connected me with a towing service. On Saturday morning Jennifer Rodriguez my regular service consultant called me to keep me informed, she also sent me a text so that we could keep in touch easily. The car could not be fixed right away (needed to order a part) so she said I could come pick up a loaner at my convenience. Jennifer is professional, knowledgeable and easy to get along with. No one is ever looking forward to car trouble, but I certainly appreciated the way I was taking care of. Thank you!

Have the tow truck driver tow it to the Northwest side of the dealership and there is a drop box by the parts department which will have an envelope to fill your information and drop it in the safe box.
