I have been looking for a new range to attend since moving here. Though immediately after about 2 minutes of being in this range I was met with an argument over ammunition. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was told “This is why I work at a gun range and you don’t”. (Key words, “work at” 🤡 ) As he proceed to speak about how they don’t allow steel case ammo for “safety”. While I was understanding he went on and on stating how steel case is bad for my firearms (anyone well versed in firearms knows that you can easily maintain a firearm using steel that will outlast even its owner). He condescendingly breaks out the classic magnet trick (as if I didn’t know ammo types) and seemed excited to “educate” someone for once. I made a statement about how I understand and that they get a kickback from recycling brass; I guess that was a hard thing for him to admit because they allow FMJ which is contradictory. Funny though how they only allow their ammo at $30 a box for 9mm. Definitely do not recommend this place for anyone; I thought this guy was just having a bad day or something but from other reviews you can tell this is a common occurrence for this place of business. TLDR: The service here is horrible and the employee’s act as if they know more than they actually do. Avoid.

I would give 3 stars for the facilities, generally. However, Mikki was extremely rude and patronizing I’m every interaction I had with him. I am an experienced shooter but had some questions about recently inherited antique Berettas I had not shot with before, as I was not sure if they were safe to shoot. Instead of answering the specific questions I had, he took the opportunity to condescendingly explain how to shoot a gun in general. Additionally, I asked for a pack of .22 long for a revolver I have shot many times and he proceeded to explain “no revolvers use .22 long, you will ruin your gun.” After a very close and wholly unnecessary inspection of the gun, he confirmed I was right and finally allowed me to purchase them. I was the only woman shooting alone, and I’m sure that’s a rare sight for some simple people, but if you don’t treat your guests with respect they will not come back.

I called first and spoke to Anthony and he was so helpful that I decided to go in. When I arrived, he was very knowledgeable. I almost gave up on the range, but he advised me and it helped a LOT! The gentleman in charge of the range was also very helpful. Also....you do NOT have to "join a club" in order to use Gator's range 😊

Had some good times here, bought a few guns from here, great prices...but DISHONEST staff. We're done here...since my son 18 years old was refused the sale of rifle ammo (556 & 270), and told he had to be 21. No thanks! Mistakes happen..but this wasn't a mistake. I've let numerous counts of disrespect slide here, but this is it for me. No desire to go here again. If I can't trust the staff with abiding by basic gun laws and the sale of ammo with my adult kids, no telling how brazen they'll get on other issues. Not a place for us.

Not sure, but I would call first
Sorry, I have no idea, I'd call then to find out.
Yes, 20 yard archery lane.
Not sure if they take reservations. Never have had a problem getting an open lane.
You can buy guns in the store. I purchased grips for an old colt and they took the time to put them on . Very friendly
