Contact sales and rental office of the resort. They will be more then happy to answer any questions. All I can say, the scenic view never gets old. Only thing missing is ocean water and beach sand.

Do they have monthly rates? I dont need a price just curious if I can stay for a few months here.
Lots at the Ranch are privately owned. Owners are allowed to rent and set their own daily, weekly or monthly rates. Some are only the lot and some like ours include the RV. Many have wonderful covered, outdoor leisure/entertainment areas. There is a Real Estate area on the RCRVR website for realtors & owners to list property for sale and/or rent
