Great residential RV park. The park is clean, safe, and quiet. The management and residents are very helpful and friendly.

Not much to say about it. It's still being kept up. The rent is increasing to those that are fulltimers . Those that are temps have to pay a ridiculously amount for rent like 900.00 for space of rock. For a place that has only a 3 machine laundry room and bathrooms. Rent should be no more than 400.00 a month.

Great Park, reasonable price but difficult to get a spot.
Most of us here are full timers tenants. Prices are increasing. If your new or a return tenant, expect to pay up to 900.00 depending on the space. For that price I look into a resort, but don't stay at the Ventura resort during the rainy season you'll get flooded out.
The space rent varies depending on the space. You'll need to call them for a price. The rent does not include electricity.
As far as I know it's around $800 a month including utilities. There is only space for one vehicle. Availability is very scarce so you need to contact management. Over all it's a really nice community. Very quiet and private. Again contact management
