Approximately $875 per month this include some water trash electricity your propane and cable is extra can't put your name on the waiting list as soon as possible cuz it takes a long time and it's one of the better parks in them counties far as I'm concerned
Cost varies per space. Ranges from 800.00 to 1,000, I think. You pay water and electric. Rent goes up every year.
