Thank you to park manger Demi for being so sweet to us, we were having a hard time finding a spot to park our RV and every park in the area were booked up and not very nice about anything. Demi was first of very nice and understood our situation and was super helpful giving us information and finding us our space that fits us perfect. Rent is $800 which is so much more better than the other places that charge over $1,000. This park is cute and small, very quiet and my neighbors are awesome. Only downfall is say is there’s no gym and WiFi is very weak.

Always an awesome place to stop to get away from the city anytime. Found a nice spot away from everyone. Enjoyed a nice hike along a beautiful trail. Wear your mask and take your chains just in case. Today i didn't use my chains. Good bye 2020.

I’m really impressed with how this park is now running. I remember coming up to Big Bear when I was younger and always passed by this place and it looked....ehhhh. I decided to bring my kids to Big Bear to stay for a few months to get out of the bad weather and decided to check out this place. WOW ! Absolute serene and peaceful ! I know it didn’t have a good reputation before but I can see past all of that with how much improvement this park has accomplished. We are staying here for the rest of the summer and thinking of just leaving our rv here to visit over the winter. The managers are so kind, they make you feel as if your long time friends. Neighbors keep to their selves but so friendly and respect each other’s space especially during Covid

Stayed last nite at site 49. To be fair the lady who answered phone was very nice and we were glad we found a place last minute even though we paid dearly for our lack of planning ($125.00 for 1 nite). Place was quite all nite. It had snowed a few nights before we arrived but the sewer and water connections were covered by snow, not a clean looking site. We couldnt find the connections so we got a frying pan from our kitchend and did some digging. Space was very tight and was extremely hard to park. A bit after midnite the electric connection stopped working. Poor frozen hubby went out a few times to connect & reconnect but nothing. Im glad i had packed several sleeping bags and heavy blankets because i had 3 kids on board and better to be prepared. The inside temperature reached a point that would make u shake. I left a message this morning but never heard from anyone. I understand is New Year day but someone should be responsible since my $125.00 were accepted even though we almost froze. Left @8:30 to a friends nearby to try to warm up. If i had been told the electric connections didnt work i would have never booked as I dont inted to die as a popsicle. Hopefully someone calls with some kind of refund as it is only fair. Cant recommend this place.

You would need to contact the Park Manager. There are usually some units for sale. Nut they sell fairly fast.
