Really awful, do not go here. My kids were over it within 15 minutes, it’s a huge rip off. We stood in line for 45 minutes to get passes we pre-brought and it ate into our time slot, but it didn’t matter because it sucked anyway.

Long story short. My family and I took a trip to bigbear to ride the snow tubes and snowboard. Get to the tubes late because the directions are misleading on the reservations so we have to go to a different park. This is we’re it gets interesting. We walk around to find out that it’s just a small strip they carved out under the ski lifts. Not for teens or adults. The pictures are extremely misleading. Look for another park if you’d like to go tubing the price for what you get is a complete rip off. Overall the snowboarding is really fun but everything is overpriced so bring what you can. I personally will not be returning. Just not worth the drive from LA.

Staff were cool. Place is super small. I paid $160 for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). At a lower price it might be worth it, but the actual lengths of the runs were like 40 yards. I would not really recommend this to anyone. Definitely better places.

For the price you pay it isn't worth it, I paid for the standard hour and half. When we made it up there we waited ten minutes for the moving walk way to start. When it started moving again my family got on it for it to stop for another five minutes, we made it to the top and were able to get a run in. Once at the bottom there was a little bit of a if a line. Not a problem but the moving walk way kept stopping and it would take up to ten minutes each time. I decided to set a timer because I was curious if this was actually worth the money we paid. On average we waited 20 minutes per run. Given the price you pay I think they're are better places. We only got 5 runs. In 90 minutes. Then right at our time they told us last run. You'd think with all the technical difficulties they'd give you a little extra time. Just wasn't worth it in my book. I'd give it one star but some of the staff was pretty friendly. Anyway when it comes to tubing we'll go somewhere else from now on.
