My son was offered a position and there is a form to fill out for any contact with law enforcement and the outcome. My son is 17 and was 16 when this incident occurred between him and his mother and he completed diversion. How should he answer?

Hey Glen, Good question. In Nebraska, if he completed diversion, the incident should be removed from his criminal history so he should be safe in not reporting it, but your son really should consult with an attorney first to confirm. Mike

This sounds like more of an employment law issue. We do not practice in that area, so I would not be able to provide a reliable response.
