As much as I like Dr. Blowers, this location is nothing but a headache. I updated my address with them three times before it actually stuck. I updated my pharmacy info twice and my scripts still got called into the wrong one. Even if you call first thing in the morning, you're likely not to hear back the same day. I have one medication that I simply cannot do without, and even with what I have been told are high priority messages, it can take days to get them renewed. And if I had been given a year's worth of refills at my annual visit, I wouldn't be having this problem.

For the immediate care clinic, my husband and I ended up waiting an hour and a half for him to be seen, we were the 6th person in line when the clinic opened. I do not blame, the provider for this because there was only one working the clinic, I realize everywhere is short but for an immediate care clinic it seems there should be more onsite to help with wait times. It was also frustrating how the provider talked down to us during our quick visit, she acted like we were incompetent for not thinking my husband had COVID, and dismissed our concerns over what we were worried it might be. Honestly, if we were thinking he had COVID we would have gone to a pharmacy to get a quick test and saved the time, money, and less potential exposures. We both felt like we were being shamed for even coming. Update: COVID and flu both negative, we will go to another clinic where hopefully are concerns will be heard.

I visited when I was in a vulnerable state about my condition, and was treated horribly from the time i checked in, and throughout my time in the doctor's office. The receptionist was especially awful, gave me awful attitude, and made me very uncomfortable. I felt like a nuisance, and that I was not being taken seriously. Additionally, as a student, I was not told that one of my services would be an additional charge; I think this is something that should have been noted considering how young I am. People often go to urgent care to refrain from paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars, so maybe that should have been addressed. Why promote yourselves as an urgent care just to charge hospital prices? All in all, there was no transparency, honesty, or kindness at this location and I certainly will not be coming back.

The facility is clean. Staff is friendly and warm. I move often and have difficult finding quality primary care, but this office was different-they are great! Excellent patient care and good bedside manner. The only downfall is long wait times for a scheduled appointment. Nurse Tiffany, Dr. Ferris, and attending Dr. Nathan showed great attentiveness and compassion. Improve the wait times or at least communication of wait time and I'd have given five stars.

The clinic is an internal medicine teaching clinic, run by residents in the program. They should be able to help get started with treating addiction, but they are not a clinic specifically for that. They do not keep addiction treatment medications on premises. There is an immediate Care clinic there after regular clinic hours for acute care issues, but not addiction specifically.
