Just trying to get an appointment scheduled or calling to give requested information to anyone takes a couple weeks. They never answer their phones. I needed a refill authorization on meds and that was a fiasco. I was leaving to go out of town in 7 days. I finally faxed over everything about my RX my name birthdate pharmacy ect., because I had been calling for several days prior. Someone finally called me to verify the information. I verified it was correct and then they called in the wrong medication. When I went to pick it up the morning I was leaving to go out of town I was in shock when the pharmacist told me $600.00 for the RX. I then realized they called in the wrong prescription. Needless to say I did not get my meds. Every time I have tried to call I get put on hold, usually it just automatically disconnects me after I have been holding for 40 minutes. I started calling 10 days ago to make a follow up appointment I have called 2 or 3 times every day for 10 days and everytime was disconnected by their system every time after holding for long periods. Today someone finally answered after being on hold for 32 minutes. I even faxed over a couple requests for someone to call me. No one ever did. The front desk staff that I had contact with were rude. I walked in for my first visit and was standing in line behind another patient that was being helped. A Hispanic couple walked in behind me and the Hispanic receptionist dissed me completely and asked them to come up to the desk. I am white with blonde hair so yes I felt discriminated against. I did not let them go ahead of me. I’m not one to keep my mouth shut when I am being discriminated against. Anyways, so that started off badly because she was annoyed that I spoke up and she was mean and rude to me. I was debating leaving but I decided to still keep my appointment and I was seen by the PA Michelle Christiansen. I liked her a lot. She was referred to me by a friend. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The only reason I will return is because of Michelle if I can get thru to get an appointment. Her assistant was very kind and sweet as well and the young lady who checked me out was very pleasant.

Was told the wrong info by some lady who answers phones and not a real dr. She said I had a serious health risk when another dr found nothing wrong. These people are terrible! Terrible service.

Yesterday I had a doctor appointment. My wife came with me. When I got to the receptionist, it was a Hispanic old lady with blonde hair who assisted me. She used the “I’m-a-Latino-superior-than-you-because- I-speak-English” tone on me... Very arrogantly, she kicked out my wife saying that “only patients” could be in the place. Doctor Ben and the nurse were very professional and treated me as another human being. I wish I could’ve the name of the receptionist to post it here, but I guess she’s the only blonde latina middle-aged lady in that place.

OneWorld clinics can help you. They will adjust pricing based on income and no insurance. I started going to OneWorld for the same financial situation and have continued because of the level of care. Can't recommend them enough.
I asked my wife, she said no
