This place is a joke they said I don't qualify for their services but I have to sleep in my car every night partial due to a abusive partner and I have to sleep in a parking lot where there is a camera cause he is currently trying to kill me it's funny how they pick and choose who to help it's almost like they want me to get hurt and killed I wonder what they have agaisint me

The WCA does not hold its male board members accountable for protecting abusers and further traumatizing their victims. They claim “no one should have to walk alone” but have no problem turning a blind eye when one of their own engages in unethical behavior.

This place starts out to make you feel like there going to help but then drops the ball I put my boyfriend in jail then when I needed help for a place to go after being forced out of my apt cuz it was in my boyfriend name I either had to send my animals to the human society or freeze and if I hadn't put him in jail I would still be warm

They guide me through the steps as too what too do & even paperwork I had too feel out the lady I talked with her force made me feel so comfortable. What I went through last year. She told me too be safe & careful. I've been doing just that. That's WCA. The wca has a wide range of ways to help you get threw this situation from housing to getting away and out of your current situation. My recommendation is to call them and set up an appointment or come in and talk to someone and start your journey.
