Water is very low. It is basically the Deschutes river running through, no lake left. In addition, there isn't any drinking water available even though it says "temporary" on reservation.gov. The dump station water fill is closed as well. No water at South Twin or West South Twin either..
Kinda yes, it's still a hike down to the water due to the water level being so low.
