I felt the staff very friendly and very professional. As far as the mask goes I never felt them following me around as the first comment went they must have had a bad day. I highly recommend St Charles LaPine.

I do not recommend going here if you are hurt, sick, etc. I had gone in with some pain and all they did was tell me to go to bend. Also I don’t know how anyone in there is considered a doctor because as I was leaving the building they told me I sound silly and was laughing about what I had told them what happened to me!!! I HOPE EVERY ONE OF THEM GET FIRED FOR THERE CHILDISH B.S....

Absolutely found a great doctor , Dr. Borgmann. I have very complicated medical history. This community is blessed to have great medical team here in Lapine. The lab and radiology in same building is definitely a plus.

Front desk staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. Waited only a few minutes to be seen. Nurses Gail and Michelle were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and Dr Albert Lilly was great. I was treated for an outer ear infection and it cleared up in just a couple days. Would go back if I needed to again while traveling.

Yes If they can't do something they are good about telling you where you can get the care you need.
We dont have all of the specialists lined up yet, so not sure. Most likely we will have one on rotation or something like that.
They would probably refer you to dentist. I go to La Pine Dental.
