Yes think the price is by the inch. If you join museum club and take class you can cut it. They have a lot of equipment for members to use for hourly fee.
I'm not 100% sure, but I want to say yes. I can't imagine that they wouldn't I know they have the equipment. I'd call ahead and ask. Sorry I wasn't more helpful
