You should be okay with respect to carrying the kid. I have seen people carry the toddlers in Kangaroo bag. When you go inside the house, you will get dizziness kind of feeling causing headache in some people. You may need to check that.

There are sections of the climb that are pretty steep. You'll probably have to carry him in the steep sections and probably inside the shack too.
Is going to be challenging but the experience is work it.
Other families had toddlers with them with no problems.
