I rent tools frequently and have never had a more unpleasant experience than dealing with the disgruntled clown that happened to be working the desk at the Soquel store. Cole Heidt has no business interacting with customers in any capacity. He clearly hates his job, but lacks the ability to change his situation, so he shows up miserable. After my experience with Mr. Heidt, I will drive to the Watsonville store (very helpful/friendly staff), or use United, Home Depot, etc.

Went into A tool shed off of the frontage road looking for a special battery connection power cord for the company's bucket lift. We hadn't had any luck finding the special connector needed at other places. A Shed called their repair shop over the hill and had one custom made and delivered to the Soquel shop within 4 hours. Wanted to thank them for doing all that for us, it was beyond great customer service. They just gained a new customer. I will for sure use them in my future equipment rental needs. Thank you A tools.
