Wish I had gotten her name but the associate today around noon was amazing. I am physically challenged and her extremely patient and professional demeanor was absolutely amazing Not often found in Santa Cruz as most are numb to the needs of the physically challenged. From the greeting to the existing she made sure that my needs were met. Heads up corporate this employee was a positive representative of your company and definitely needs to. I brought in a box to return recently, waiting in line 10 minutes, and got yelled at! Inexcusable. Also next to no physical distancing in there, which was awkward. Went to the Capitola FedEx instead and was helped professionally, swiftly, and with a smile. I've been to this Santa Cruz location dozens of times through the years, but won't be back if I can help it.

Not good. Credit card machine was "broken" when I came in. My card was charged, even though it said it wouldn't go through. Not surprisingly the charge went through and they would not issue a refund even though no package was shipped when I called back. When I called to talk to the manager and she hung up on me. When I called the 1800 number I got the expected results. I just want my $9 back. Is that too much to ask? :(
