Greyhound website wouldn't process order, 800 number said I had to go to the station, station said I had to go to 7/11, 7/11 said I had to go online...

Bus was 2 hours late. I have a 15 hour ride and a transfer which will now take 5 extra hours (have to wait for next bus). On the bus right now and the Wi-Fi doesn't work at all. Not worth $60-100+.

This place is a real disaster. Loaded with homeless people. City needs to have some kind of security there. ladies should not go there after Dark.

Horrible service, would not recommend. The customer service isn't useful either, would rather pay for a flight.
