I love the stores, all the plants and garden goods! The Lumber yard has a lot to offer and fun to browse through. Prices are decent, and I really never criticize but I have to say the customer service has a LOT to be desired. I've given that set back a lot of chances but the rating is very low due to that major factor.

My go to place for plants and soil. Mostly helpful and friendly. Only one so so experience, when no one offered to take the 2 bags of soil to my car, I'm older and do appreciate that help, and when I inquired about a particular plant, I was told I could request it, told to call, however the very helpful woman inside filled out a request form and found seed for a second plant I was interested in.

The man helping me today flat out asked me if my boyfriend, husband, or father was helping me with my project. When I told him that actually my dad is a carpenter who taught me more than what my partner knows, that still did not keep him from repeatedly encouraging me to ask my dad for advice. This is literally the last thing a woman wants to hear at a hardware store and I will now be avoiding coming back here.
