Overall this place is great but there is a lot of weird things that go on here. people who don’t live here will be wandering around. There are cars drag racing in the parking garage every single day and night like clockwork. I’m not sure who is letting these People in the building but it’s scary. For the price it costs to live here at the very least you should be able to feel safe. There is no security here to patrol the building. Anyone can access the parking garage and the main entrances. there are always people waiting to be keyed in the door or elevator that clearly do not live here and that’s terrifying. what’s the point of having a key fob If there are still randoms wandering the building where I live!!!

It is so clean and well maintained. The leasing office is literally the best ever. Even our dog loves them! They always give him a treat. It is so safe you can't get in the building without a fob or dinnertime buzzing you in... which living outside of Baltimore makes it feel better. The area is great too you could easily live here with no car... we love it

Update: I've lived here for almost a year and it's great. Having the restaurants below is very convenient and they all are delicious. When anyone comes to visit there's a new Marriott within feet of my building. I also use the salon across the street, which is very convenient. The leasing office agents are really nice and my dog loves playing with our neighbors dogs in the dog park in the back. One of the best self guided tours I have ever taken. All questions were answered with no hesitation, the leasing agent was so sweet and made sure our map was correct and detailed so we did not get lost, made sure to mark all amenities so we could see them and worked with us to figure out our perfect layout within our budget. No judgment for any questions asked and everything was BEAUTIFUL in both buildings. So much so that it was the hardest decision to decide which building to apply for. So many shops and restaurants near. HIGHLY recommend.
