No, it does not. You'd have to take the metro subway to State Center, then walk to the train station, or walk to the light rail, then take the specific one that goes to the train station. Would take about an hour just to get to the MARC station in the city.

The best answer I can give you is to call the information line at MTA 410-539-5000. If you give them the street information that can tell you what bus to take. I hope this helps 😊
From Owings Mills, both sides go back downtown.
You would have to take the metro to Charles center then take the Green or the charm city purple.
