I called to triple check I could come on with an electronic order and was told yes, so I went it and was told the opposite. The women said she remembers a meeting where they were told they couldn’t take electronic orders and they need a printed copy. She remembers….. really ! I explained what I was informed and she was most unhelpful and I was sent away based on her memory. Never going back

I had to have testing at Quest for years and it was a nightmare, rude receptionists and inexperienced techs with rude disposition ( sc county) I went in to pamf lab today first time was greeted by a really nice person covid screening, offering to open my door and calm my anxiety, which was a big difference from the staff who ignore you at quest. I went in at 7am ( when they opened) and there were already 20 or so people in the lab. I was seen and already home (10miles away) by 735am! Kim with long gray hair drew my blood, 2 viles, didn't feel a thing, made small talk and was done. I am so happy with this service the receptionist was also way nicer than the quest staff. My blood draw was done on a Thursday,
